We read what each business publishes about itself and compare four things: when someone answers, what kinds of care it provides or schedules, what a patient without health insurance is told about billing, and which languages are offered. We do not grade medical results.

A ranking is updated when a listed business changes what it publishes. No business pays to be listed or to move up.
